リベンジャーズFC チーム規約[ English Below ]

第 1 条〔名称〕
本サッカークラブ（以下｢本クラブ｣という）は、リベンジャーズFCと称します。

​

第 2 条〔所在〕
本クラブは東京都に主たる事務所を置く。

​

第 3 条〔目的〕
本クラブは、サッカーを通じてスポーツの正しい理解を深め、精神及び身体の健全な育成を図り、合わせて地域社会のスポーツ振興に寄与することを目的とする。

​

第 4 条〔指導方針〕

  • サッカーを楽しむ心を育み、身体的、精神的にも成長できるような指導

  • 技術戦術を各年代に応じて順次理解習得する。

  • サッカーだけでなく、地域社会に貢献できるような選手育成

  • クラブ選手としての心構え

  • サッカーと社会人活動の両立

第 5 条〔資格〕

本クラブに入会するものは、次の要件を備えていなければなりません。

  1. 本クラブの目的に賛同し、本規約に同意及び遵守できるものであること。

  2. スポーツを行うに適した健康状態であるもの。

  3. 本クラブの選手としてチーム加盟登録を行える者とする。

第 6 条〔入会手続き〕

本クラブでは、

  1. 入会申請に必要事項を記入し送信する。

  2. クラブの定める手続きを終え、費用を支払い、本クラブが入会を認めた者（以下「会員」という）は、個別に定められた練習日から本クラブに参加することが出来る。

​

第 7 条〔入会金兼年会費及び月謝〕

会員は、次に定める入会金・年会費及び月会費を納入しなければなりません。入会金・年会費は入会申込時に納入していただきます。その後、年度毎の更新の際に納入していただきます。

  1. 月謝は毎月口座振替または現金にて所定日(参加日)にお支払いいただきます。

  2. 前項の入会金・年会費及び月会費の金額は、別紙に定める通りとします。

  3. 一旦納入した入会金・年会費及び月会費は、理由の如何を問わず返還いたしません。ただし、本クラブがやむを得ない事由に基づくものと認めた場合は、この限りではありません。

  4. 退会を希望する者は、退会希望日の属する月までの月会費を納入しなければなりません。

  5. 年会費または月会費を変更する場合は、２ヶ月前までに予告するものとします。

第 8 条〔クラブ参加に際しての遵守事項〕

会員は次の項目を厳守しなければならない。

  1. フェアプレーの精神をモットーとし会員がサッカーに親しみ楽しめるよう努める事。

  2. 本規約を遵守するとともに指導者の指示にしたがうこと。

  3. 秩序を守り社会人活動においても努力すること。

  4. 社会人活動に支障がないように生活面においても規則正しい生活を送ること。

  5. ほかのクラブへの二重登録はしないこと（チームの場合）。

  6. 入部申請はリベンジャーズFCチーム規約に同意したこととする。

第 9 条〔遵守事項〕

会員は、次の事項を遵守しなければなりません。

  1. 規約及び本クラブの諸規則を遵守すること。

  2. 本クラブの指導方針及び各コーチの指示に従うこと。

​

第 10 条〔禁止事項〕

会員は、次の各行為を行ってはなりません。

  1. 本クラブの内部事情（練習の内容等）を第三者に開示すること。

  2. 本クラブの秩序・風紀を乱す行為。

  3. 本クラブの名誉または利益を害する行為。

​

第 11 条〔保険〕

  1. 会員は、毎年４月度より、スポーツ安全保険に加入していただきます。

  2. 前項の保険に要する費用は、第 2 条とは別途徴収させていただきます。

  3. 第 1 項の保険加入手続は、本クラブが一括して代行させていただきます。

  4. 自由参加の為、スポーツ保険加入前の活動での参加は自己責任とさせていただきます。

第 12 条〔負傷時の処置〕

クラブの活動中・移動中における事故・怪我につきましては下記の内容で対応します。

  1. 応急処置はチームで行います。

  2. 怪我の度合いにより医療機関へ搬送し、緊急連絡先へ連絡いたします。

  3. 補償につきましては加入していますスポーツ保険にて行います。

  4. 本クラブは、その活動中の傷害については、スポーツ安全保険の対象範囲内のみで対応するものとし、未加入者の活動の事故については、一切の責任を負わない。

​

第 13 条〔休会・退会〕

休会や退会を希望する場合には、その前月の 15 日までに担当コーチを経て、その理由を本クラブに提出、了承を得なければならない。また怪我や入院など長期で休会する場合も届け出ること。

​

第 14 条〔除名〕

一般生活との両立が著しく困難な者、本クラブの活動に支障をきたす者、著しく公序良俗に反する者は、保護者との面談を経ても改善される見込みがないと判断した場合、本クラブから除名できる。除名を決定する一切の権限は本クラブにあり、それに対しての異議申立てはできず、受付けない。

第 15 条〔閉鎖〕

本クラブは、社会情勢の変化その他本クラブの継続を困難とする事由が生じた場合には 2カ月前に予告することにより無条件に閉鎖することができます。ただし、天災、地変その他の不可抗力により本クラブの継続が不可能となったときには、予告をせずに直ちに閉鎖することができます。

第 16 条〔写真・映像の使用〕

本クラブ活動中に記録された写真、映像、音声に関する一切の権利は本クラブに帰属するものとする。これは本クラブ広報活動や活動記録のために、公式ホームページやその他の媒体、資料、取材などに使用されることがあります。ご入会に際し予めご了承ください。

第 17 条〔遠征・合宿〕

費用について会員の負担とする。

​

第 18 条〔免責事項〕

会員は、本クラブにおける盗難、障害、往復中、その他の事故について本クラブに対して何らかの賠償請求をすることはできず、本クラブも一切の賠償を行わないものとする。

​

第 19 条〔細則〕

頂いた個人情報につきましては本クラブの活動以外に利用することはございません（より練習環境の確保のため、団体登録時・施設使用時などに使用させていただく場合があります。その際は、事前に相談をさせていただきます）。 本クラブに定めのない事項、および運営上必要な催促は本クラブが別に定める。

​

第 20 条〔改正〕

本クラブは、必要に応じ随時本規約を改正することができるとともに、本規約に定めのない事項について細則を定めることができる。

​

第 21 条〔施行〕

本規約は、２０２４年 １ 月 １ 日から施行するものとする。

Revengers FC Team Rules & Regulations

Article 1 [Name]

The name of this football club shall be "Revengers FC" (hereinafter referred to as "the Club").

​

Article 2 [Location]

The principal office of the Club shall be located in Tokyo.

​

Article 3 [Purpose]

The purpose of the Club is to deepen the correct understanding of sports through football, promote sound mental and physical development, and contribute to the promotion of sports in the local community.

​

Article 4 [Coaching Policy]

  • Fostering a mindset to enjoy football and providing guidance for both physical and mental growth.

  • Progressive understanding and acquisition of technical and tactical skills appropriate for each age group.

  • Developing players who can contribute not only to football but also to the local community.

  • Instilling the right attitude as a club player.

  • Balancing football with professional/working life.

Article 5 [Qualifications]

Individuals wishing to join the Club must meet the following requirements:

  1. Agree with the Club's purpose and consent to strictly observe these rules.

  2. Be in a suitable state of health to play sports.

  3. Be eligible to officially register as a member of the Club for matches.

​

Article 6 [Enrollment Procedure]

  1. Fill out and submit the required information on the application form.

  2. Upon completing the procedures specified by the Club and paying the necessary fees, those approved by the Club (hereinafter referred to as "Members") may participate in Club activities starting from their designated practice day.

​

Article 7 [Fees: Joining, Annual, Monthly]

Members must pay the joining fee, annual fee, and monthly fee as specified below. The joining fee and annual fee must be paid at the time of application, and the annual fee must be paid upon renewal each year.

  1. Monthly fees must be paid on the designated participation day via bank transfer or in cash.

  2. The exact amounts for the joining fee, annual fee, and monthly fees shall be as specified in the separate fee structure document.

  3. Once paid, joining fees, annual fees, and monthly fees will not be refunded for any reason, except in cases where the Club recognizes unavoidable circumstances.

  4. Members wishing to withdraw from the Club must pay the monthly fee up to the month of their intended withdrawal date.

  5. The Club will provide at least two months' notice if there are any changes to the annual or monthly fees.

Article 8 [Rules for Club Participation]

Members must strictly observe the following:

  1. Strive to enjoy football while maintaining the spirit of fair play.

  2. Comply with these rules and follow the instructions of the coaches.

  3. Maintain discipline and make efforts in your professional/working life.

  4. Lead a regular lifestyle so as not to hinder your professional/working life.

  5. Do not register with another club simultaneously (for official team players).

  6. Submitting the membership application implies full agreement to the Revengers FC Team Rules.

Article 9 [Compliance]

Members must observe the following:

  1. Comply with these rules and all other Club regulations.

  2. Follow the Club's coaching policies and instructions from all coaches and management.

​

Article 10 [Prohibited Acts]

Members are strictly prohibited from the following acts:

  1. Disclosing the Club's internal affairs (such as tactical practice content) to third parties.

  2. Acts that disrupt the order and public morals of the Club.

  3. Acts that harm the honor, reputation, or interests of the Club.

​

Article 11 [Insurance]

  1. Members must enroll in sports safety insurance starting from April every year.

  2. The cost of the insurance mentioned above will be collected separately.

  3. The Club will handle the insurance enrollment procedures on behalf of all members.

  4. Since participation is voluntary, any activities participated in prior to the completion of sports insurance enrollment are entirely at the individual's own risk.

Article 12 [Handling of Injuries]

Accidents or injuries occurring during Club activities or transit will be handled as follows:

  1. The team will provide basic first aid.

  2. Depending on the severity of the injury, the injured person will be transported to a medical facility and their emergency contact will be notified.

  3. Compensation will be provided strictly within the scope of the sports safety insurance enrolled in.

  4. The Club assumes no responsibility whatsoever for accidents or injuries involving uninsured individuals.

Article 13 [Leave of Absence & Withdrawal]

Members wishing to take a leave of absence or withdraw from the Club must submit their reasons to the Club via their coach by the 15th of the preceding month and obtain approval. Long-term absences due to injury or hospitalization must also be reported promptly.

​

Article 14 [Expulsion]

The Club may expel members who find it extremely difficult to balance football with their normal lives, who hinder the Club's activities, or who act contrary to public order and morals, if the Club determines there is no prospect of improvement. The Club holds absolute authority over expulsion decisions, and no objections or appeals will be accepted.

​

Article 15 [Closure of the Club]

The Club may be unconditionally closed with two months' notice if changes in social conditions or other reasons make it difficult to continue operations. However, the Club may be closed immediately without notice if continuation becomes impossible due to natural disasters or other force majeure.

​

Article 16 [Use of Photos and Videos]

All rights to photos, videos, and audio recorded during Club activities belong exclusively to the Club. Please be aware upon joining that these materials may be used on the official website, social media, other promotional materials, or in interviews for the Club's PR and record-keeping purposes.

​

Article 17 [Expeditions and Camps]

Expenses for special expeditions or training camps shall be borne by the participating members.

​

Article 18 [Disclaimer]

Members may not claim compensation from the Club for theft, injury, accidents during transit, or any other accidents related to the Club. The Club shall not be liable for any such compensation.

​

Article 19 [Privacy Policy & Bylaws]

Personal information provided will not be used for any purpose other than the Club's operations. (To secure practice environments, information may be used when registering the team or using public facilities. In such cases, we will inform you in advance.) Matters not specified in these rules and necessary operational details shall be determined separately by the Club.

​

Article 20 [Amendments]

The Club reserves the right to amend these rules at any time as necessary and may establish additional bylaws for matters not stipulated herein.

​

Article 21 [Enforcement]

These rules shall come into effect on January 1, 2024.
